These Terms govern your use of the Billing restaurant point-of-sale and online-ordering service (the “Service”) provided by [Your Registered Business Name] (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service lets a restaurant manage billing, a point-of-sale till, kitchen display, tables, menu, staff logins, reports, and an optional online-ordering storefront on its own subdomain. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the restaurant you register. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for all activity under your account and any staff logins you create, and for keeping passwords confidential. Tell us promptly of any unauthorised use.
The Service can display your own UPI ID and show payment details so your customers can pay you directly. We are not a payment processor, we are not a party to those transactions, and we do not hold, route, or settle your funds. Payment collection, refunds, and disputes with your customers are entirely between you and them.
The Service is currently free to start. We may introduce paid plans or place some features behind a paid plan in future. If we do, we will give you notice before any charge applies to you, and you may choose not to continue with a paid plan.
We work to keep the Service available and reliable but provide it on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. There may be downtime for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. Keep your own records of critical data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim, or ₹5,000.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, is used unlawfully, or poses a security or abuse risk. On termination we may delete account data after a reasonable period; you may request an export or deletion of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at [Your City] will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable rights you have under applicable law.
